Sports injuries refer to injuries that occur during sports

  4. Concussions: Concussions are a type of traumatic brain injury that can occur from a blow to the head.
  5. Tendinitis: Tendinitis is an overuse injury that occurs when a tendon becomes inflamed.

Preventing sports injuries is important and can be done by following proper training techniques, using proper equipment, warming up and stretching before exercising, and using proper techniques when performing sports or exercise activities. If a sports injury does occur, it’s important to seek prompt medical attention and follow proper treatment and rehabilitation protocols to ensure a full recovery.

John A. Haywood did his doctorate at Cleveland Chiropractic College, graduated in 1997, and his strong interest in treating injuries resulting from motor vehicle collisions. He then graduated with a certification in treating whiplash and mild traumatic brain injuries.
